Lacrosse is an exciting fast-paced game combining individual skill with team tactics.  New players can get a head start by learning to pass and catch with a friend or simply by bouncing a ball off of a wall.  There are also many resources on the web!  To get you started, click on the  "Documents" tab to the left.  Additional resources may be found on the links tab.
